Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Delivery charges are as follows:

ORDERS £40 OR OVER

UK 1st Class - FREE

UK Special Delivery - £7.00

Europe (airmail) - £6.00

ORDERS UP TO £40

UK 1st Class - £3.00

UK Special Delivery - £7.00

Europe (airmail) - £6.00



International Delivery Charges

Please contact us for a quote for delivery outside Europe. Thanks

DELIVERY

We will post your order to you no later than the 4th working day from the day you place it.
e.g if you order on a Monday, the very latest we will post will be Friday. The vast majority of orders are posted within 2 days.

We will send you an email to let you know it has been posted.

If, in rare circumstances, we are unable to post your item within the timescale specified above, postage costs paid will be refunded to you. This is not applicable during times of postal worker industrial action.

Unless you specify you'd like the parcel sent special delivery, we will send it 1st class.


Returns


You may return your order back to us up to 7 working days from receipt of your goods.

If you wish to return any item, please email us (details on 'contact us' page) to let us know.

We will issue a full refund if the items is returned to us unused in the same condition it was sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE :

1. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

2. You are responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us, unless we have inaccurately described the item in error, in which case we will cover all postage costs incurred by you.

The refund will be credited back onto your card within 7 working days from when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email from Worldpay.

Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.



Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for an item on the site, instead of a refund, please email & let us know & we will mark it 'on hold' until we receive your item back, then post your chosen item to you.

If there is a difference in price, we will either :
a) refund the difference if the item you want is cheaper
b) increase the chosen item's price by the difference, if it is more expensive, so you can purchase it online.
e.g You return a £30 dress, the one you'd like instead is £40. We change the price of the £40 dress to £10 & you buy online as normal.
