Q How Do You Size Vintage Clothing?
Over the years, women's sizes have changed significantly, so for instance a dress labelled a size 12 in the 70s, would be more likely to fit someone who is a 10 today.
Because of this, we measure each item carefully and give the measurements, as well as it's modern day equivalent size, ignoring the size on the label, as it is almost certainly inaccurate.
Q What Is Your Returns Policy?
We accept returns within 7 working days of your receiving your item. Please refer to the 'delivery & returns' page for more return, refund & exchange information.
Q What if I'd rather pay by cheque?
You can either email or call (details in contact page) & we'd be happy to take your order. UK only.
Please note we will send your order once the cheque has cleared.

Q How long will my order take to arrive?
We will post your order to you no later than the 4th working day from when you place it, with the majority of orders being posted within 2 days. Items are sent 1st class/airmail unless you specify otherwise at the time of ordering.

When you see an item you wish to buy ...

2. click on the relevant delivery zone - this is set to 'UK 1st class' as default
3. click on 'click here to confirm your order'
4. Fill in the form - if the delivery address is different from the billing address, please enter in the relevant place
5. click on 'click here to proceed & order securely online'
You will be transferred to the Worldpay site where you can complete the purchase.
Once you have ordered, you will receive an email from Worldpay confirming the transaction & an email from us confirming the order.
